Seems cool, I would maybe try and email some customers to see how it works. But that seems cool and cheap!

i dont know about that one in pertucilar but it looks like the "home depot" one the kid down the street put on his supra, it must really suck when the spring in it jams and overboosts the motor till the headstuds start breaking?

(that vary well may be a good MBC but like they say if the price is too good to be true it probably is)

dude check the vfaqs and you'll see ecactly how to make that controller
thats what i have but i made mine for about 8.50. It works ok though

That is the exact one I bought off eBay a few weeks ago. Same seller too.

I have it installed in my Probe GT Turbo and it works amazing. You can even check his feedback I left him (deejay_diablo).

I say go for it.

I wonder what he means with the secret machining he did??

If he has discovered something, well cool! Spill it. But if it is a gimick, for shame...

i'll bet hes talking about drilling a 3/8" hole on one of the end and then threading it. dude make it yourself for cheeper. just my .02

so if these things work as good as the hallmann style MBC's then why are they so cheep and the brand name ones so expensive, they must be doing something to them wouldnt you think?

Yeah putting a brand name on it.

I made my own and all I did differently was use a knurled screw set like the one from Dejon Tools. It makes it a LOT easier to adjust accurately and there is no chance of it working iteslf loose. The thing you have to watch out for is making sure that the ball they use is stainless steel, otherwise, they rust afer a while and if it sticks, you're SOL.
