Hey all.Im ordering a Dejon Intake for my 1g,and i just need to know if i need to add these options to it:
-Tube to connect Valve Cover Vent Hose
-Tube to connect Charcoal Cannister Hose
-1 1/2" Bypass Air Tube with K&N Filter

Are any of these options needed to make my relatively stock car run the same??Thanks for any help!!:D

that depends on your goals for the car

i have a 2g, and i didnt get any of them with it and im running fine. the charcoal canister hose vents gas fumes to the atnosphere(emsiisons), the valve clover with vent hose you dont need(if its the one im thinking about) just let the hose form your valve cover hang, id stick a breather in it just to keep things clean htough. im not sure what the last one is, but by process of elimination id say dont worry aobut it, i was told after a small amount of modding, i wont need it anyway. either way i didnt get any of that stuff, and im doin fine. hope this helps

ya what is that bypass tube with k&n filter... i wanted to order an intake but that just confused me..... so i didn't wanna f it up

the bypass tube is for when you have fuel control and you want to let more unmetered air in
