I have been reading alot about he JDM engines and how they should have other injectors and turbos and stuff. What I am curious to know is..on what cars did they mount those engines? Were there any specific cars/models that had them and were are those cars located for most times?Exactly what was the difference? Could the turbos from those just bolt on to a regular GSTengine or..more mods needed?

since we have alot of cas you dont have I thought I check to know more and maybe find some parts here:):)

Well if you mean hdm DSM's. Some came with 16g turbo's. 8.7:1 compression pistons, cyclone intake maniolfd and other stuff. Theres a start

they are the same engine as US spec engines i believe for the most part. Some came out of the early lancers with 16G turbos and like 510 cc injectors tho. IMHO its pointless to buy a JDM engine when you can rebuild a US spec engine.

I aint buying a JDM engine..I just wanted to know what parts can be picked from them on to a US engine ...Since I live in Sweden and we have early EVOs here I thought I might check around to see what is available to get from such an engine.....:)
