I am very sorry if this is a repost. if it is... someone just link me to the thread and the mods can close this. i tried searching but couldnt find anything that compares these 2 turbos.

so anyway... which is better in all aspects of performance?
I figure its pretty much the same turbo but one has the 16g wheel... so does the AGP spool faster? hmm..

any opinions are greatly appreciated! :thumb:

There are several individual threads on EACH of these turbos. Do some research because I can guarantee you that they are not the same turbo except one uses the 16g wheel .
However one does use the Big 16G wheel with a larger specialy made Garrett T-3 compressor housing. As far as each turbos performance ... look at individual customers
experiences with the turbos then look at there supporting modifications & compare them to your supporting mods & goals.

Ps... Don't think for a second that there is one turbo shop out there that makes a good T-28 .There are several T-28's & one
BMFT-28 :D out there that you would probably be happy with.

Agp's T-28 is an awsome turbo and will start to spool at 2800rpms
You cant beat the price of the T28 <no install kit needed, bolts right up>
i know the BigT28 guys will try to blast me for telling you to go with the Agps Turbo but if you have read up on the Big T28 they will not give you all the Flow numbers and projected Hp numbers, Fear of someone will copy there turbo or just scared that the numbers arent that much more then Agps or less. But the choice is up to you...........

Lets see if i get jumped on again like in the last trend LOL
Go with the Agp :shhh: LOL

I am going with the T28 turbo in august here. i Have to get more money saved up here over the summer coming so i can do this. I cant wait till i get it. Rob sounds like its the thing to get. I Am just getting the basics out of the way first

The t-28 killer hasn't been very long so it's hard to find reviews on it from people that actually have one. I know some people do but alot more people have the big 28s and like them. No matter which one you go with I'm sure you'll most likely be pleased with it because the factory turbo is really that bad.

Hmmm... all a man has to do is go to the DSMTIMES.ORG site and see how many fast cars are runnin FP products. There is quite a PROVEN few I might add. I'm guessing that's why FP isn't to stressed on losing money by not giving out specs on there Big28, even though the AGP T-28 and the FP Big28 are basically the same IMHO. FP has a great PROVEN reputation to be proud of. When I first ordered my ported Big28 from Robert he told me the Big28 was good for 350 to 400 crank HP with supporting mods, so I would venture to say that both AGP and FP's T-28 series turbos are very close in comparison. Just my 2 cents worth!

exactly. I've already read about the fp and the agp comparison. I just wanna know if I should have gone with the killer instead of the AGP.

I don't think you can go wrong with either of the three 28 series turbos IMHO. I would bet money that all three will put out about the same amount of power with supporting mods. Alot of people tend to forget that you have to have supporting mods to make maximum power from what ever turbo that you do decide to go with. FP, AGP, and Turbochargers.com are all great companies IMHO. I guess the decison of what turbo to purchase would ultimately come down to either what the price is, or what company has the most proven products, and or turbos that are out there already.
