I've checked magnus motorsports, and buschur...both 2ndstage blocks seem about the same at the same price...any other places have a better deal...Which to go with??

Slowboyracing has some pretty good deals. You can give him a call and see what he says.

Also check out bjscylinderhead.com I hear he does a really good job.

He built the motor on my car and did all my tuning and I went 12.1@117 on pump gas. Let me second great work at a great price. His web page address is in my sig.

This is from the ad, Polk Performance has in Modified Mag:

JE Pistons moly rings
Eagle Rods
ARP Main studs
Clevite Bearings
New Mitsu Front Cover Assembly
New Mitsu Water Pump
New Mitsu Belt Tensioner
New Mitsu Oil Pick up
Balance shafts eliminated
Balanced and Blue printed with
Engine spec sheet and build up folder with pictures.

$2750 w/ core

Sroker Basically everything above but has 4G64 crank and the block has been clearenced for it.

$3450 no core needed

The ad also says you can upgrade to crower rods for 375 more and you can o-ring the block for $200 more.

What do you guys think about these prices? Those guys are a few miles down the road from me and might look into to having them build my bottom end.
