greddy type s bov fluttering prob

i have this bov installed on my stock intercooler using the adapter and everything is tight so it is installed properly. but it seems no matter what screw setting i use, i still get fluttering of some sort. at higher boost it seems to work fine but going slow then letting off the gas pedal i get that dreaded sound. also i found out that the damn screw on the bov put a nice little circle dent in my hood from closing it. is there a way to angle, move, etc the bov so the screw doesnt hit my hood. whew thanks
