1g bov or type s

I'm on a budget, looking to upgrade to a big t28 and wondering if it's just worth to get a 1g bov and crush it, are they good, or should I really get a tunable version or is that overrated.

get the 1g bov if your on a budget, they hold up to 18psi and you can get them from roadrace for only $90.

I have a 1g on my car and it holds 22psi just fine. It is uncrushed also. I also had a type-s on the car but sold it.
