boost gauge install

I just got a dual pod, and boost gauge that gose on the frame of the car to the left of the drverside inbetween the windshield, and left window.
Where would be the best place to drill throug the firewall, and where
actualy, dose the tube connect to on the engine, and one more thing
where are the lights? do I have to go throug the steeringweel and dash?

sorry, about the lame Q I'm a rookie and the install instructions are a lill
vauge. It's a 96 tsi

Put the nylon hose through the boost on the steering column. The nylon hose then "T"s into the vacuum line running into the intake manifold. Check out VFAQ.com for pics.

what i did most boost guages want a 1/2 inch size tube i connected into my blow off valve and for the lights i used the dimmer switch just find the wire that comes off that.
