boost limit for big 16G

I got big 16G installed and i have no supporting fuel mods.

what's the safe boost level i can run with this?

13 psi at WOT. You could probably get away with 14 or 15 psi, but I wouldnt try it.

BatmanGSX suggestedup to 20psi, when I asked same question, with my mods being UIP and SAFC (which he pointed out to be useless with stock injectors), and on stock SMIC. So I think 15 should be fairly safe.

here's the quote:

With stock injectors the AFC is virtually useless. Messing with it much (adding fuel) will cause any number of badness, such as fuel cut or bad timing. Your key will be watching knock. 19psi on a B16G probably won't damage anything no matter what but it may kill your timing. Watch the knock and boost away.

i got a big 16g and i have catback freemods and fuel pump rewire and i run 16psi all day and the two times ive raced it ive gone 18psi just fine.

I've got a Big 16g with 550's and 255 pump. What do you think i can run safely on pump gas and race gas (104 unleaded)? I also have ross piston and crower rods btw..

I have an afc, 550's, big16g 255 fuel pump, and run 17psi on pump gas and 22psi on race gas. EGT's stay at 8 on race gas. Car doesnt pull timing either.

you could run 20 psi with injectors and a fuel pump.
