ok when u take off your blow off valve return line... how can u make it so your engine doesnt run goofy? i know why it runs like that but i want to know how to make it so it doesnt.

whew, was about to lay into you there :)

Well, first off you have to make sure that you block off the entrance to the intake. Like, if you pull off the hose, put some duct tape or something over the entrance behind the MAF. But that should be obvious.

This is the subject of big debate. There are a few different methods people use to prevent "goofy" running, but none of them work great all the time.

The one that is most popular is the "Gus" mod. Go to Here to find out information on it. It was developed by the late "Gus" Mahon, who was a great man in the automotive tuning world.

A friend of mine and I are working on an electronic solution at this very moment, a device which only "enables" the BOV when the throttle position sensor drops a certain amount in a short time.

I'll let everybody know when this is done, and give out the schematic for it.
