Toronto,
Bought my 97 GSX few weeks back with stock intake and exhaust (with muffler and test pipe/no cat). Firs thing was wrong, DP where it connects with test pipe was leaking. I installed a new intake on the car and just got it back today from ETD racing here in Toronto, with full turbo back custom exhaust, (2.5 DP and 3 high flow cat back). Guys @ ETD told me that my O2 sensor was literally welded in the o2 sensor housing and basically was toasted. Also secondary o2 sensor after CAT is disconnected too. That would explain why I have like NO HP at all and takes me half a tank to drive 100 KM (~60 miles) and @ WOT after 4k RPM car jiggles and struggles to accelerate and backfiring.
What I am wondering, is that the end of my problems? And getting new o2 sensor with better flowing housing and connected secondary o2 will fix these problems Ive been having? I just got my new FB Big T28 bolt on and just taking out the small T25 with the housing and put it in with a new sensor. Also big FMIC with piping still being shipped atm.

but how?
Also do I have to buy O2 sensor MADE for my car or they are all the same? Local Mitsu dealership told me that it cost 190 CAD (~155 USD) for one and thats a lot for a damn sensor
