dejon curved or straight intake?

im getting a dejon intake with 2g mas for my car.........do i want a curved or straight intake and what are the advantages/disadvantages?

well do you want to mess around with it or just bolt it on.if you just want to bolt it on go with curved.

Dejontool is great because they have so many options but you have to think about the long run.

Some of their intakes are meant for short route ic piping and others for long route. They put the filter at different locations.

Actually I believe that their 2gmas coversion straight intake pipe will not allow short route ic piping.

If you are going to get the fmic later, get the curved. It is not that hard to install.

i am not getting a fmic...........does that mean i shouldnt get the curved one?

If you are not getting an fmic then you can use the straight pipe but IMHO you should go with the curved intake anyway. For 2 reasons:

The curved pipe puts the filter further away from the hot engine giving it colder air to breathe which obviously is better.

You never know where the dsm path will lead you. I never entended to modify this eclipse when I bought it and now I have a stupid amount of money in it. Once you modify something and feel the new power you must do it again and again and believe me a fmic may one day be in your plans.
