2G MAFT install question

I plan on buying a GM MAF and MAF Translator. I'll hook it up in the stock location to my K&N and dejontool hardpipe. I was wondering what would be a good place to find high quality rubber or silicon connector for each size, also what sizes would I need?

Try slowboy racing. They have 4 ply silicone, they even have some made specifically for the GM maf.

How high is your airflow? Not a lot to be gained by the MAFT on a 2G unless you have a really big setup. I swear by it for any nonstock 1G though.
