I am currently setting up a 91 GSX with a T3/T4 turbo and was wondering if anyone could offer a recommendation for which wastegate to use, the Tial 35mm or 40mm?

Also, I was wondering what the advantages/disadvantages were to replacing the O2 housing with a tube running a this back into the downpipe?

The wastegate size will depend on your setup. I use a Tial 40mm on my FP Green with no creep. I have mine mounted on the O2 housing because I didnt wan't the loud dump tube. My understanding is that a "large" turbo with dump tube will scare women and children from blocks away. I didn't want the attention. Last thing I need is a 'Fix-It Ticket' from hell.

I have my deltagate venting all 4 runners and dumped, with a 2.5" BR turbo back. To be honest, at 20 psi its no louder than an internal gate car with a 3" exhaust. Now at 13 psi its a whole differnt story! Loud as hel. But I run 20 on the street and its not bad at all.
