what are the combustion presure and temprature in a 4G63 engine? Also what is the volume of the combustion chamber? Everyplace I have looked doesn't have it.

Thanks,

Temp - no idea
pressure - depends on the CR of the engine. Typically between 150 and 180psi if memory serves correctly. Run a compression check to find out yours.

Volume: 499.25cc ((85^2)*88)*0.0314 = 1997cc /4 (4 cylinders) = 499.25cc.

That is the volume of a cylinder when the piston is at BDC.

For the moment it is stock, but I want to get it around 25 PSI. I know gas can take around 270 PSI before it ignites.

Pressure and tempature would depend on the particular motor and turbo setup.

You are right an unmilled head is right around 46cc. I used that to calculate my compression ratio one time.
