Are people having oil control issues with strokers?

Edmonton,
My car is my daily driver, I want to stroke it to a 2.3 to give it some more UMPH to spool a turbo quicker and make more power at less boost. I was thinking of dropping in a G4CS block with a 4G63 head, but I'm looking into the straight stroker crank setup. The only thing is I'm really paranoid about burning a 1/4 of a quart of oil a week. I put about 350-400 miles a week on my car. I don't want to build a motor that is going to need oil every week and that will only last me 20000 miles. So, any guys out there with strokers, are you using oil? Any more oil than a stock stroke motor?

im assuming that your referring to the common stroker problem of the wrist pin being moved up into the oil control ring. its not a problem on the g4cs 2.4, but im not sure about the stroked 2.3. i tend to think not.

I have a 2.3 and no oil problems. I change it every 2000 miles or so and it's normally in the normal zone.
