Anyone got any good tips to try and fix the 2 small oil leaks in my 6bolt motor? I took the pan off and re sealed it because I thought it was leaking but it seems to be coming from higher up the block and running down. Both sides leak slightly but enough to leave a drop or 2 of oil in the driveway after each drive. Anyone had similar leaks and found an additive or something to stop it?

there is an oil passage behind the center exhaust manifold stud in the head ... my car was leaking out of that. Other than that you can only really be leaking from the return / feed lines, or the pan in the front of the engine. ( I guess technically it'd be the side ) Unless of course it's the valve cover.

Hahah defiant its gonna leak but I don't know about quantities it seems to leak well if I were to put it the way I assume its coming from the ends of the crank or in that area what around there leaks? Its not the valve cover in any way shape or form checked that out already.

I think crank seals myself anyone know of a good additive that would soften em up maybe slow the leak or stop it?

I had a leak from the crank seal as well and put in some stop leak crap but it didn't work. Best bet is to take it apart ... find out what's leaking for sure and fix it accordingly. I also had a very slight leak out of the front cover bolt hole where the balance shaft pulley used to be. I blocked it off with a bolt but didn't use rtv or anything on the threads so it leaked a little.
