mine has a clipped compresser housing wheel, what would i get out of that....i notice my b16g spools up around 2200RPM, would that help at all????

No it makes spool up worse because they is less blade for the exhaust gas to push.

None. Why reduce your flow rate? Sounds like a fu(ked up turbo at best. How did you get a "clipped compressor wheel"?

clipping the xhaust wheel lessens back pressure, when you go to 3in exhaust on a car you get more tg and hp but your low end is a little less. you flow alot better up top, but thats it.
