paint on pipes

Can I paint my intercooler pipes with regular paint or use hitemp only?

I would use high temp just to be safe

They're only getting up to a couple-hundred degrees. Regular paint should be fine, powdercoat will look best.

yea dont reallly have the money for that. i picked up a can of high heat paint, its the ceramic spray paint, got it from loews, boy is it nice stuff.

Theres no competition for how much better paint looks then powdercoating when done right, its just not quite as durable. You will never get the same finish with powdercoating you will with paint and a clear coat, and some wet sanding love.
