What Next ?

I have a 91 eagle talon tsi. I have the apexi n1 exhaust, and twin chamber bov. I have a new Holly performanc fuel pump. I have and air/fuel gauge and a boost guage. I have about 800 left to spend what is everyones suggestions on what I should buy next.

MBC:$50
Upper Intercooler pipe: $200
ACT 2600 Clutch: $400

1) O2 Elim Downpipe - $200
2a) EGT gauge and probe - $150-200

2b) AFPR - $150-200

I agree 100% with 90gsx...thats a great atart and will enurs good use of the new power.

MBC for sure - $50 and more gains than the rest of the listed items combined.

Then the hard intake pipe and K&N are a nice gain for only $150. I wouldn't waste your time on IC pipes until your exhaust is done. You will see almost no gains with just a UICP, you need to do an LICP, UICP/TB elbow, turbo outlet elbow all at the same time to see much of a gain. Even then you are still restricted by the SMIC inlet and outlet. I wouldn't waste your time, you will probably end up with an FMIC someday with all new pipes and your UICP would be useless then.

True. I should have thrown a downpipe on that list instead.

I still maintain that he's going to need a stout clutch if he plans on distributing this newfound power to the ground.

but seriously, kens intercoolers are very nice. most times hundreds cheaper than the buschur intercooler.

I like my Hallman MBC for $45, though the Joe P is excellent as well. Just don't spend a lot as you're really only buying a spring check valve.
