I never thought it would be possible. first time happen before the rebuild, stock motor. second time was after the rebuild and RFL bov. ( i will get to why i say its the bov ) this time i am driving the car and i have noticed that the engine really moves when the RFL goes off. could this be breaking that flex section in the oil return line? or do you just think it out of place now? i am getting under there tomorrow but i wanted to see what you guys reccomend. i know slowboy racing has pushlock return lines for $85 so i am probably gonna get one. but for now i gotta drive my car and i need any help possible. thanks.

No, the turbo and the engine and the oil pan move insync so there should be no "movement" in the flex section of the oil return line.

I had mine break on vacation 300 miles away . I got some high temp ceramic fixall and coated the pipe in it ,not recommended !! I was able to nurse it home . I ended up just cutting the flex section out and hose clamping some high temp hose in its place no more leak and no more hassle . Cost 4.00.

ok good, i was thinking of doing that also. cut the flex section out and clamp the high temp hose down tightly and hope. i got a shop that might make me a custom oil return line, if he gives me a good price i might just have him make a bunch and then i could sell em.

sounds like you are not really fixing the problem...
If it's the third time it happened then there's something else going on. I'm not saying that the custom return line is a bad idea, but th turbo shouldn't be flexing like that to begin with. Manifold studs could breal if nothing else gives. What kind of motor ounts do you have?
I'd go for polyurethane motor mounts If I were you...
