i am not good with the problem thangs
 
i did an oil change put synthetic mobil one in it it has been knocking but got worse after driving a mile or so and i shut it down and the knock was worse when i restarted and the oil pressure was gone
 
the oil change was a few mothes ago and it had thje knock before that :talon:
 
What kind of knock are you talking about? You've given almost zero information here.

Sounds like you might have killed the bottom end.
 
yeah thats what i was told was barring :(( so i am gonna just rebuild bore stroke and blue print it

Do you have any clue what you are doing or what you are talking about? Why are you blueprinting your bottom end??
 
sorry for assuming u would put it together .....i am going to blue print my whole motor :talon:
 
Blue printing is TOTALLY unnecessary. Balancing and blue printing just means the motor is machined and assembled 100% to spec. As long as you are within the tolerances you will be more than ok in your position and you will save some money as well. Boring means enlarging your cylinders. Honing is when they put the crosshatching in the cylinder after the bore. Make sure the machinist uses a torque plate. Might be a good idea to have that block decked while it's at the shop and out of the car. Also, you can't just change your stroke ... there isn't a little knob that you can turn to change that or anything :shhh: .
 
well i appreciate the feed back i am here tryn to learn and soo far u been a great help ...but none the less i am still lost LOL. but hey its like my 4th day on the site and i have learned soo much thanx again :talon:
