I got this code today. "Multiple cylinder misfires." I don't really know whats causing this. I had been getting "cylinder 3 misfire" every 50 - 70 miles or so .. but today it changed to this. Car runs and drives perfect ... I just clear the code and it's good. Plugs are brand new .. injectors are almost brand new, coilpacks and ignition modules are stock but I also tried my 1g packs and module and same thing. I'm thinking maybe I was running way to rich during the break in and it just soaked my plugs and that's causing it to misfire? What else would cause a miss? My timing is 100% perfect as well. As long as it has timing, fuel, spark, and good compression I don't understand what would cause this. I might try a different set of plugs ... any other ideas or opinions?
