Buschur evo3 16g question

I called them up and they said that ALL their turbos already come clipped

He said their evo16g is already clipped as well

I called asking about clipping to maybe add to the turbo for an extra fee, and he said they are already clipped

Is this true? I dont know how sure he sounded, he just said all their turbos come clipped

????

Its $585 for a ported evo16g, not a bad deal , but im not sure how well its ported,

I have a 2.5->3" downpipe, with 3" cat and im also not sure if I should get the flapper 34mm mod, again, depends on how good their port job is.

If they clip all there turbos then that's there business, I don't see the need for clipping turbo's anymore considering how many choices are out there.

Back in the day when 16g,20g, and franks were the only choices ya clipping was an option.

So clipping a 16g was good then but its bad now? Becuase there are alternate choices, none of which are in the same spool/power range?
