Well I just get my turbo timer on and I think the turbo is letting go. It just started whinning now instead of whistling:( It will only hold about 10psi instead of the 15 I have the MBC set for.

So its time for a new turbo. I work at a mitsu dealership so I can get a good deal on mitsu parts. I need the factory part numbers for the 16g turbo's and the 20g. I am eventually looking to run in the low 13's high 12's. Which one would be a better choice for a street car with nec supporting mods?

I would say 16g because its a bit more practical on the street than any other turbo. It will build full boost fast, and hold/pull till redline. I have a 16g and have only been to the track twice with my car. First time out I ran a 13.0 and a 12.9, second time out I ran two 12.8's. So that should give you an idea...

Mitsu never made a 20g per say to bolt onto our cars, they were adapted to fit our cars (the housings are diff)..... furthermore a 16g from mitsu would have to be well over $800 new -- when you can get them online for $600 new -- why go through work?

Btw, I also work for a mitsu dealer..... I priced turbos when I first started here.

Very true, I just priced a 14b at it would run me $975.00 cust pay is $1290.00 What all do I need besides the turbo? Will everything come with it that I need? Or should I just buy a new 14b?
