What else i need for my Big16G

ok so i got a good deal on a Big16g, so i went for it. I was wondering what all i will be needing. I think i know what everything is but i wanted to be sure...

First off my car, has like nothing done yet, Tsi 2G - Test pipe, MBC, Air Intake, O2 Dump, Clutch

However i know i'll Need:
injectors, 550cc's will be big enough tunned right?
Intercooler, but i wont have the cash for one for a little bit.
BOV, what's the 1G's Bov capable of handling?
Fuel Pump.
2g Install kit (making my own i believe)
Exhaust, like the intercooler, when i got the cash and time

anything else? or anything i should know?
and once i get a Bov, Fuel pump, and injectors, what will be the max boost i can run with my Stock intercooler? or even with a new one without blow'n shit up?

Youll need to get an Safc for sure when you get the 550's.

Youll need to get a new BOV soon, go with the 1g because it can hold enormous amounts of boost

well if you wanna make the 2g install kit on your own thats okay ffor pipes and gaskets, but you need to get an oil line + maybe you need a new downpipe gasket(better buy one though),

550's: it will run without it, yet not at full power..., (but if you get injectors, go with at least 750's and tune with an AFC + maybe a chip from DSMchips.com), so you dont worry for further fuel upgrades,

fuel pump:if it is a walbro 255(or similar) high flow, you'll need to get an AFPR (Adjustable fuel pressure regulator) B&M is enough+B&M Fuel pressure Gauge(the one that goes in the engine bay),

Intercooler: is not really important yet, stick with your sidemound, just keep the boost under 18PSI(I believe) Do you have a boost gauge? if no get one.

BoV's: hmm... look for good deals on BOV'+ UICP's in the for sale section or in dsmtrader.com since the Upper InterCooler Pipe important is...

I can make my own UICP, just been puting it off ... guess i need to make that now. and ya i got a boost guage
