1g parts on a 2g

Yo guys, I have a port/polished 3 angle valve job-ed 1g head, a ported intake mani from a 1g, and a ported TB from a 1g. I'm just wondering if they will be a straight bolt on for my 95 talon tsi? I was told that I need new cams, is this true. All help will be greatly appreciated.

I think you might have to make the head bolt holes bigger by 1mm. Aparently the 1g's had 13mm bolts and 2gs had 12mm one.

No you don't need new cams. As for the mani and tb elbow depends how ported they are cause the 2g mani and tb elbow flow more stock for stock.

I think there's a little machining or somethign to put the head on, but don't quote me on that... make sure you use your 2g throttle body elbow and port out your 2g exhaust manifold while you're at it.
