Quicker way to change lifters?

Hi all. I really need to change my lash adjusters (valve lifters). their making too much noise now. I've heard someone saying in the past that you can use a bigger screwdriver and a block of wood. but that person didn't give instructions on how to do it?. anyone can help me?... or is it better just to do it the normal way, taking off the timing belt and cams? thanks much

You need to remove the cams, you can keep the timing belt in place by following the RRE cam swap instructions.

You dont need to remove the cams. The biggest thing to remove is the valve cover. Im not gonna explain how to do it because that would take way too long, sorry
