I have been hitting fuel cut like crazy ever since I installed my 2.5" turbo back exhaust and intake pipe/K&N filter ....... I have done research but i am confused on my options and how to deal with this problem .... Some say hack the MAS or get a 2g Mas and that will help with fuel cut but isnt fuel cut there for a good reason ?? i have looked at dsm chips which seemd like a good solution and also thought about a AFPR ...... What should I do ... i have logged the car and i am not running lean until i get hard into the throttle so if i add a AFPR and turn up my fuel pressure will it cause my car to run differently when regular driving it ??? What is the best way to get the right fuel/air ratio when hard on the throttle ...... I dont have any fuel system mods , the only mods on the car are exhaust , boost controller , boost guage , Metal intake pipe/K&N Filter ..... My boost is set at 11psi .. could someone please help !!!!!

You're hitting fuel cut because your computer is seeing too much air. See how low you have to turn the boost in order to not hit fuel cut. Also, at 11psi, you should be perfectly fine even on a stock fuel system. Make sure your boost gauge is hooked up correctly, too. You could hack the MAS (remove the lower honeycomb) to let more unnaccounted air in. This will cause your computer not to see as much air (therefore running leaner, however) and lessen the chances of fuel cut. Check out www.vfaq.com and see how to remove the honeycomb properly.

If you are hitting fuel cut at 11psi, chances are good that you have a boost leak. Check all hoses and connections closely. Also do a leak test, too, since that turns up some leaks that can't be seen.
