Well it is official my crank has walked and im bringging my car home from the garage soon. i want to tear the motor out and swap the first gen in what all do i need to do this tools are not a problem i have them i need a list of the parts i need. while i have the motor out im gettin the engin bay and everything painted also. it was painted by maco (never go there) and it is flaking already.
 
Check RRE and 1gina2g group. also some site marco or magnus I can't remember.

well i was having trouble with it firing. my crankangle sensor was shorting out. after some close inspection we found that the trigger plate was hitting the sensor when the clutch was pressed and when i would drive it in wet conditons it was shorting out:(

Ouch. Not good. Mine never shorted out, it just self destructed. :)
