Help!!need To Know Engine's Max Hp On Stock Internal, Between Jdm & Usd!!

Hi you guys i am going to buy a AWD Engine soon and like to know which is best for me. Well i'm wondering if the 1g Jdm cyclone 4g63t OR 1g USD 4g63t is stronger. i know that the cyclone piston compress. is 8.5.1 and US is 7.8.1. So i'm wondering which will give me the higher HP with stock internal??

If anyone knows, how much HP can these stock internal between the two can hold up to (with EVO Big 16g)? I'm looking toward the JDM Cyclone engine but I don't know if the US ECU and others; will work for it (someone told me it won't work)? (Talking about dropping that Cyclone into my 90 AWD TSI)

What else would i need if i choose the JDM Cyclone? Any?

Also, How much HP can the JDM Cyclone Engine produce (Max) without any internal changed??

Keep the one you have. There is no difference internally between the 2.
The motor you have now will take more power than you will ever make.

The "Cyclone" is just the intake manifold. The guts are the same. USDM Mitsubishi engines all came straight from Japan.

As far as numbers are concerned, stock motors have gone 10's and held up to well over 450 horsepower.

If you are talking to me, how was I half right? I wrote WELL OVER 450 horsepower and have gone 10's.

It will only make power if its tuned well. So its hard to say how much YOU can make. The motors are the same except for the intake so happy hunting.

Thankyou guys for your help, i think i might just stay with my stock AWD engine, did more research and maybe i don't even need to change it. thanks for your help. Hope to be in the 10s or 11s. thanks
