I am new to turbo cars, i am going to purchase a '96 gsx and ive decided to ask about these mods.
The car comes with : 7 bolt upgraded in engine block and head, 1g pistons, new turned crank, ss valves, bronze guides, hks blow off valve,
18x7.5 ats wheels, injen intake w/filter, indiglo gauges (boost n Air/fuel)

The mods i want to put on: Free Mod (Intercooler Mesh Grill & Clean out Intercooler), Intake w/filter (Comes With the Car), Boost Gauge & Air/Fuel Gauge (Comes With the Car), Manual Boost Controller, 3” Turbo Back Exhaust (Cat-back & Test Pipe), 2.5” inlet and 3” outlet Down-pipe , HKS Super Sequential B.O.V. (Comes With the Car), Walbro Fuel Pump 255lph w/ 550cc Injectors , Lightened Flywheel, Short Shifter, Performance Clutch, Turbo Upgrade (big 16g), FMIC, S-AFC, Evo III O2 Sensor Housing, Turbo Timer

What should i run with this, how much is the expected output? Thanks in advance guys

Are you sure it comes with 1g pistons? And if so why?

The mod list looks fine. Your question is vague. How much power the car makes is going to depend on the boost you are running and howe well it is tuned. How fast the car runs the 1/4 is going to depend on how much power it is making, and how well you drive it.

1g turbo pistons=downgrade over the 2g turbo pistons, I wouldnt get it just for that reason.
 
so basically he has a 1g motor that wants to crankwalk due to the turned crank. turned cranks = no no.

sorry, i fail to see any upgrades to that bottom or top end.

I still have my n/t...wit intake, header n straight back exhaust i ran a 15.7. My brother taught me how to drive stick n he's a f1 driver so i would like to think im pretty good. How can i tune the car to come out wit more perf. WHat would u recomend to boost it at?

dont blindly set psi.

why would you list 2g pistons in a 2g motor? the motor is 100% stock with a questionable crankshaft in it. thats all.

id have to see it. know who did the work, whats actually done to it, etc.
 
the t-25 should be able to boost 16 and lose bost @ 5.5k revs and drop boost to 11...if im not mistaken..
 
nevermind, i dont like what im hearing about hte gsx, i found a 96 gs-t i am looking into. Thanks Guys

has a turned crank, from what im hearing the guy modded his car INCORRECTLY and its supposed to be a new engine n its not...
 
nononnon, gsx is bad ass, AWD = life LOL.....my friend has a wrx damn those things launch!
