Is there an alternative to get something else rather than a morso oil pan if you want something better? I wouldn't want the morso one mainly because the welds scare me. I'm afraid that the welds would crack and the oil pan is fugly by itself as well, so is there any other companies that make performance oil pans for dsms?

Hm. I can't even see my pan. And -venom intake flukes aside- a weld is stronger than the pieces it's connecting.

But what are you doing that needs more than the stock pan?

If you have the money for one of those oil pans, you cars got to have like 1000 hp!!

The advantage to the Moroso is for road racing or high lateral forces where oil control is critical. The pan has baffles that keep the oil in place and also provides a greater capacity. The aluminum constuction also provides better heat dissipation. The stock one is fine. Have it chromed and get someone to tack weld some seams on it. It will get all the ladies ( the ones that spend alot of time on their backs.... under the car of course ).

You still remember that, huh?

Out of curiousity, why do you want a different oil pan? Road Racing?

Unless your using it for road racing, its not needed. Stock would suffice.

You could get it and do some cool Hot Wheels loop-D-loops. :thumb:

great, all i need is ome stickers and im set

Ive been considering a moroso on my 95 talon. However after looking at the stock 1g pan, I dont feel its needed for straight line racing.

However if you are planning to auto-x or anything like that I would definately recommend the moroso pan.
