Depending on the turbo, every pound of boost is worth about 10-12 HP. And this is a ROUGH estimate.

I woulda guessed anywhere from 7hp - 11 hp.... but oh well... no need to get that picky I guess.

Keep in mind though, that once you exceede x ammount of psi on a turbo, that number does not stay linear.
