Replacing the dash

one of my buddies got pissed off and punched my dash above the glove compartment. he tried to fix it himself before i found out but only made it 10times worse...all of the adhesive is dried out and the vinyl is ripped and coming off bit by bit...he wont pay to have it fixed and theres no way im buying a new stock dash. i went to all the local junk yards but i cant use anything they have...does any1 know of an aftermarket replacement? or a way to replace all of that riffled like vinyl with black leather?
