Hey the foam in my ceiling seems like its "inflating" and its causing it to pop out around the edge. :-/

Any suggestion on how to fix/stop this?
 
Depending on the condition, it might be best just to get it replaced. When my sunroof leaked awhile back, The ceiling began to sag so I just got it redone. Cost my about $100 at some mom and pop upholstry(SP?) shop. It came out really good, they even recovered the sun visors.
