aftermarket panel available?

i have a 1990 eagle talon es. the car was in immaculate shape.. or so i thought...
both panels just behind the doors have rust on them. they need to be replaced.

is there anyone that makes these panels so i dont have to take it to a bodyshop to make. that can be expensive....

Like a quarter-panel patch? Yes, people make them. How comfortable are you with this kind of metal-fabbing? You do realize that there is far more rust than you see, right?

yes i know there is more rust. i wanted to know what kind of panels were available before i even touch the car.
do you know where i could find there parts?
