Dash lights?

i have a 98 gsx and i was wondering how i can change my dash lights (air conditiong, 4 ways, etc.) to blue? i saw a kit on how to do it on ebay but its gone...if anyone knows how to do this please help...also is it an orange bulb? or is the dash and gauges tinted orange...please help
