i was searching on their sites and they have really good prices on stuff but i was wondering if anybody has dealt with them (good or bad). also, about how much does shipping usually run for a front bumper? they have the risq (sp?) style bumper for only $250 and i really wanna see about getting one.

dont deal with them SERIOUSLY. they suck. they told me they didnt have the kit and werent sure when they would. pm me for details on a good place to get a kit

So, why does that make them "suck"? It's not like you ordered and paid for the kit and then never received it....atleast they were upfront and honest with you.

Yeah, i think i have emailed them, and they are responsive, and also they have a member here which is something in my book

actually I DID PAY for the kit. they said they would get in touch with me when they found the kit but had none in stock. when i asked how long it would take they said they werent sure. they had a hold on my money (paid with credit card) and wouldnt let us get the moeny back. this was over a year ago so maybe they got the problems fixed. sorry if i offended anyone, just stating my case.

They had a pair of bozos working for them two years ago who didn't know what the hell they were doing. I almost ordered my Gram Lights from them, but they wanted too much for them, and the guy was a complete bozo with the knowledge of them.

He told me they were 11 lbs each @ 17 x 7.5.... Yeah, right, and I'm Keiichi Tsuchiya himself.

Those guys apparently are gone now, and are no longer associated with the company. Ted is a pretty good guy to deal with, at least what I've gotten from him over e-mail/etc.

Also the flexy fiberglass stuff is very cool, if you actually manage to get a front made in it. Better than Eurathane, by a long shot.

its not thier fault alot of the stuff they have is imported from japan... and what i hear is that it is imposible to have a reliable stock

hahahhah no. they import bomex kits but they make the gtp stuff in their shop in cali. i bought my kit from them, it fit good and is good quality, but them bending it like on the site is total bullshit. fiberglass is fiberglass. they have good products and good communication. other then them charging you up the ass for shipping i would do buisness with them again.

i know 10 people who ordered from them and NONE of the kits do that. they just took pics of them bending a blue painted urethane kit. the blue class they sell is a primered blue fiberglass, sand it enought and its just fiberglass with a blue coat on it

The technology for that kind of flex DOES exist, which gets me, as most eurathane won't flex like that.

I dunno. If I specifically ask Importfan for a front that does that kind of flexing, it better flex like that or back to them with full shipping refunds.
