Ignition Cut-off system with Keypad

I was browsing through E-bay and bumped into this thing. Wanted to know if anyone has ever installed one of these in their vehicle and how well it works/easiness to install:

My ashtray cover is missing (1G ) so I think that's where I'd locate it after running some longer wires from the look of it. Look's spiffy, the keypad glows a dull green but a new LED install on the inside can fix that probably

I too am interested. That thing sounds sweet. It would serve a purpose, and make you feel like James Bond.
