my passenger headlight is pretty hazzy. The driver side looks new. The front of the car looks ugly because of the passenger headlight.
Is there a way i can get it to clear up without having to replace the headlight?

:talon:

there are lots of products you can get that will clear that stuff up. on my 93 eclipse the headlights were starting to yellow out.....looked really bad. But you can so get some Oxi-Clean from your mom, cause everyone's mom had Oxi-Clean :) Just get some of that, dilute it a little bit with water. Take your headlight off, remove all the bulbs and whatnot, pour it on in there, swirl it around a bit, and it should clear up. After you do this and pour all the water out, you might want to leave it sit for a day out int he sun to get the rest of the water to evaporate so you don't get condensation in the light. Other products you can try are CLR, and sometimes even vinegar diluted with water will even work.

oh yeah, and if you want to, you can even run to your hardware store or automotive store and see if you can get a rag on a flexable handle or something to get in there and kinda scrub it around with the solution in it.
