Only bad thing I would say is you want the shortest amount of hose as possible. And being mounted up there, you had to use extra hose to reach it.

Mine is mounted on the next bolt down, ans No extra hose was used, just what was supplied with the kit.

Hallman EVO MBC, the boost knob is actually mounted where the lighter was.

Oh, is yours in cabin now where the Cig lighter originally is?

Oh, cool. So, all I would need is the cable controller kit for $85 since I got the pro already?

Mine is pretty incognito...flush between the radiator support bracket and the headlight housing on the passenger side. You see just the knob at the top. Short hose ftw!

I have a mbc thats ran all the way into the cabin and there is absolutely no creep.

That's a poor way to do it if it isn't a cable control system or EBC. Also note that spike will be your enemy in this configuration due to degraded WG response.

I'd not take that as a recommendation.

Yea your right I might of got lucky but you should install with the right equipment.

This is where we mounted my buddies:

It's not hooked up in that picture yet because this is mid-turbo-swap, but I would recommend this position over the 2 mile route posted in the first thread and and the burn your fingers when you are adjusting it on the valve cover.

That is how mine looks! I have burned my hand on the Mani once or twice though, I must be carefull haha

Best spot for me since my boost reference is from the intake manifold.

Some pretty cool places, I was worried at first it may be to hot for the boost controller, but seems quite common, not the "best" place I guess.

I have no creep issues or spikes. Holds strong, the old Hallman I had was creeping like crazy, I am glad I replaced it with the PRO series.
