what is the best way to put a system in a 1g awd. they have that ### hump in the back and it takes up so much space. pics would be nice to. but please just 1g.

i removed the spare, took the tin snips to the hump, pounded the gas tank a little, filled it in with spray foam, made a plywood base for the sub to sit on, voila!

arnt you worried about rust b/c you cut your floor. i wanted to do that too but i don't want to have a rusting floor.

i like my spare tire, so if i was you i would get a bazoka(sp) tube or something like that.

How big of a system do you want?
I built a box for 2 tens and it fits perfect. It looks like ass, but sounds good. I dont have the hump, but you could build to accomidate it right?

If you have a hump in the hatch you must have AWD. That for the rear diff.

dude the hump is for the gas tank. they put the tank behind the rear diff and they needed a way to keep the tire in place. i am going 2 12s and i wanted something like this. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/attachment.php?s=&postid=342477

but not now i just don't want to cut my car and get water in it. should i just have a system sliding around until the body shop and have them do something with it. and the guy that will be doing my car owns a 1g awd so he knows what i am saying.

build a false floor to set it on. build it up enough and you can hide your amps.

I can't help you with 2x12's, but the Infinity Basslink fits nicely to the right of the spare tire in a stock 1G AWD. You just have to dremel one of the mounting feet off.
