does anyone know where i can get mud guards for my 98 GSX i was thinken a mitsu dealership, but probaly would cost up the wall, any where else, and would i need to drill holes in it?
thanks

Yeah so when I bought the car it didnt have the flap. I haven't been able to find one so I am asking here. If anybody has one PM me and I will be willing to pay a resonable price.

Or if anybody has a complete GSX or Tsi side skirts that are preferably red I would also be interested.

Thanks for the pics guys, but i dont really mind how they look, personaly I think they look good, becase I'm goign to put them to real use.

I finlay got to go to an auto cross event, and im hooked. I have always loved it but never actualy got to go and see one or be in one.

This weekend at a near by track I went to an all subaru auto cross event/road course.
It was amazing, I didnt run my car but I ran my friends wrx, when he wasent goig himself. and was passenger in a a sponsored sti, with a seasonal driver.

All handling mods from here on! but a few speed mods here and there obv.

I'm at work right now, and we happend to have a pair IN STOCK! crazy we have them since there discontinued. I'm looking at them right now. With my discount I can take em home for $35.00

yes actualy, were talking east coast roads over here also.

since i reverted my body back to stock I ahve already got tones of scratches and scuffs at the botttom of the rear bumper and side skirts...the sand after the winter alwasy hangs around. I want to travel to some road courses also, and when cuting corners your bound to be kicking somthing up.

The lacal auto cross events are a little different the you normal empty parking lots....its almost like a road course but also with cones... clipping the grass and gravel along side the track in normal, cars kick up chunks of grass, dirt, pebles and sand. There is even a few dirt corners.... The mud flaps with deffinatly serve a perpose and go to use. You can doubt it all you want, but you forget im seeing it from a point of view that you arent.

sure there not the best looking mod, but i dont think they look Horrible. Its on the priciple that if you use it, theres nothign wrong with it. It is going to save my paint somewhat.

This is a pic from this weekend...

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you guys have ever made any mud flaps/guards before? Around my area, I've only seen one decent 2g with mud flaps/guards.

I was thinking about just making my own out of that rubber lawn/bathroom stuff to line up the walls or whatever because I've seen pictures of rectangular piece of rubber mat being bolted onto rally or DD cars. I'll have you guys updated with my process. I am going to head to home depot this week and see what is up. Should be as easy as cake. :)

I have a 1g TSI shell that I got off of a friend this past fall. It came with two Talon Mud guards. By talon I mean it says "Talon" on them. I can't find these anywhere and I was just wondering if anyone know.

Wish I could post up some pics but I am at college right now.

If nobody knows does anyone have a suggestion on where can I get a some mud flaps that will look good on a 1ga. Thanks
