interior vibrations/squeeks.. help

my spyder rattles and squeeks alot.. its irritating driving over any sort of even SLIGHTLY rough road.. ive already dynomatted the door panels, that helped maby a very small amount..

it seems to be coming mostly from where the door meets the body when closed..

ideas?

try foam filler either in a spray can or matts like dynmat comes in. Other then that try some WD40 or some type of lubracation
