1g Radio Problems

I have searched the forums and couldn't find anything. I just installed my pioneer radio head unit. I found a radio diagram and went with that. After i hooked everything up the radio does not power up. I am getting power through the harness. I have had issues with this before and the remote wire wasn't plugged in. So i looked at all my wires and they are all connected even the remote wire. So now i am stumped. Any help would be great. I'm tired of driving the car without tunes.

Did you run a ground wire to the frame? The stock radio grounds through the radio chassis, and there isn't a ground wire provision in the original harness.

And, make sure you didn't bzorp a fuse during installation.
