Keeping front lights down and on.

I'm wondering how you keep the front lights down but keep them on (91 Talon) But heres the tricky part. I want to set it up so the switch I have (winter and summer setting switch) will still make them go up at my will.

find the primary power wire for the bulbs not the motor and bypass it to a new switch

take out the fuse for the popups

Ohhhh!!! I get it, its so I can turn the lights on and off on a different switch but if I want them up or down I just use the normal one! Niiiiice.
