Can you use fabric dye on the headliner to say turn it black or will it mess up the glue and underlaying fabric?

Using the spray will be ok just using masking tape and newspaper so over spray will not mess up the glue but you still will have to add more glue to make sure it resticks back to the roof of the car. I spray one of my friends roof red and cleaned the old glue off and put all new glue on it and it has not had any problems at all and it's been about 3 months.97_Raptor said:Can you use fabric dye on the headliner to say turn it black or will it mess up the glue and underlaying fabric?
