which hoods fit the 95 eclipse

I was driving along today and the hood flew up and slammed into my winshield so now I need a new hood and window which cars hoods will fit my 95 n/t eclipse...

will the 90-up fit or only 95 96

did you have a stock hood? that sucks but i dont see how a stock hood would fly up unless its not shut right.

Yeah apparently the lock isn't working right so it was only partially locked with the hook. So anybody know which hoods will fit.

only 2g hoods will fit unless you go aftermarket

They make many aftermarket and CF hoods which are nice.

As far as a stock hood you will need from a 95-99

you should check into the predator hoods, those are so badass looking imo. wish they made them for the 1g, though i don't know how good they would look....

im almost positive the predator hoods wont fit. the n/t computer in the engine bay is too high. you will have to change the mount or relocate it. search the forums it happened to someone.

This hood is nice http://store.yahoo.com/ntnsracing/carfibvenhoo1.html and here is the predator hood http://www.importfan.com/product.asp?0=360&1=364&3=183 it fits non turbo since all the predator hoods that I've seen say "FITS NON TURBO MODELS ONLY" all over it. So I'm not sure but I'm guessing that it could fit your non turbo.

If you are going to run a CF hood i highly reccomend a VIS carbon hood, those hoods are sweet..

did your winshield break too?????

Is there a CF version of the stock hood? Also, is it possible to paint a CF hood or are they not as smooth as the stock steel one?

yes, most cf hoods are the stock ver. you can paint a cf hood there alot smoother than stock
