ive seen those around, i personally think they look hideous unless your driving an rx-7 or something, and i think they might look good painted to match

On the righ modified car it looks really high tech tuner-ish. Looks good with blacked out rims and no wing. I have seen it once or twice. Not that bad in my opinion, it is just the icing on the cake if you are really into details and have a really nice project that is basically completed.

Some of the tuner magazines have cars in them with those on, sometimes they use some fiberglass resin or bondo to give them that smooth transition to the bumper. I like em.

Front-Splitters can be cool I have seen a few cars with them that looked nice.
